1. SERVICES

Marna Taylor Agency (“MTA,” “we,” “our”) provides AI & Automation Audits designed to evaluate a business’s visibility, lead flow, operational processes, and opportunities for improvement.

The audit is an advisory service. It includes analysis, observations, and recommendations based on information available at the time of review.

2. NO GUARANTEES

MTA does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to increased revenue, lead generation, or operational efficiency.

Outcomes depend on multiple factors, including implementation, market conditions, and internal business operations.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

By purchasing an audit, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Participate in scheduled sessions (if applicable)

Review deliverables in a timely manner

MTA is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

4. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase.

Due to the nature of the service (time, analysis, and intellectual work), all sales are final and non-refundable.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All audit materials, reports, frameworks, and recommendations provided by MTA are the intellectual property of Marna Taylor Agency.

Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use the materials for their own business purposes only.
Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared externally without written permission.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

MTA will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose or share sensitive business information without consent, except as required by law.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or recommendations provided.

8. MODIFICATIONS

MTA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
